Basketball & Pickleball Court Resurfacing at Weston Hills Victoria Pointe

Completed Project: Weston Hills – Victoria Pointe

Weston, FL

Project Location

City: Weston

Neighborhood: Weston Hills – Victoria Pointe

County: Broward County

Service Provided

For the Weston Hills – Victoria Pointe HOA, Armor Courts resurfaced a shared multi-use athletic court designed for both basketball and pickleball. The work centered on restoring the court’s surface texture, updating color coatings, and applying fresh, accurate line striping for each sport to support safe and versatile play for residents.

Contextual Details

Climate Considerations: Outdoor courts in Weston are exposed year-round to intense sunlight, humidity, and periodic heavy rain. These conditions contribute to fading, coating breakdown, and traction loss on aging surfaces. The resurfacing materials used for this project were selected for their UV stability and resistance to moisture-related wear.

Usage Patterns

As a neighborhood recreational amenity, this court accommodates a range of activities from casual basketball games to pickleball matches. Multipurpose courts require precise markings and a consistent playing surface that supports different movements and play styles without compromising safety.

Surface Durability Needs

Armor Courts applied specialized sport surfacing systems engineered for long-term durability, slip resistance, and color retention. This approach helps ensure the court remains functional, attractive, and easy for the HOA to maintain despite frequent use and environmental exposure.
