For the Banyan Lakes HOA, Armor Courts completed a resurfacing project on the community’s multi-purpose athletic court. This work included restoring the surface texture, renewing color coatings, and repainting game lines to support a variety of recreational activities. The resurfaced court now provides a safe, visually defined space for residents to enjoy basketball, pickleball, tennis, and other recreational games.

Climate Considerations: South Florida’s tropical climate subjects outdoor courts to prolonged sun exposure, high humidity, and frequent rainfall. Over time, these conditions can cause surfaces to fade, lose traction, or develop cracks. To combat these effects, Armor Courts applied a durable, UV-resistant surfacing system that maintains color vibrancy and performance even under harsh environmental conditions.

Usage Patterns

This multi-use court is heavily utilized by HOA residents for daily recreational play, including basketball, tennis, and pickleball. Given the variety of activities and frequent use, the court required a surface that provides consistent traction, performance, and safety for players of all ages and skill levels.

The resurfacing materials were selected to deliver long-lasting durability while withstanding high foot traffic and environmental wear.
