Contextual Details

Climate Considerations: Jupiter’s coastal environment exposes outdoor courts to strong sunlight, salty air, humidity, and seasonal rain. These elements can cause premature fading and surface breakdown. A UV-resistant coating system was applied to protect the court from environmental wear while preserving consistent texture and color over time.

Usage Patterns

As a shared amenity within the condominium community, the tennis court is used regularly for both casual rallies and competitive matches. The surface needed to support steady footwork, reliable ball bounce, and comfortable play while maintaining an attractive appearance for residents and guests.

Surface Durability Needs

To withstand daily play and coastal weather exposure, Armor Courts used a resilient resurfacing system designed for long-term performance. The renewed surface helps reduce future maintenance concerns while providing dependable traction and playability for ongoing community use.
